Message from the CEO: 2014 Recap & Looking Ahead to 2015

This past year has seen great advances in predictive workforce analytics.  More companies are moving beyond reporting and pretty dashboards to delivering business results via predictive analytics.  More leaders are not using “overall lack of analytics maturity” as an excuse to wait.  They are moving forward, asking questions, partnering with their business leaders and impacting business performance.

I continue to believe predictive workforce analytics has the opportunity to deliver even more ROI to businesses than customer analytics, voter analytics or other human analytics practices.  Our company goals are bigger than ourselves.  We want to support and challenge the predictive workforce analytics industry, move it forward, innovate, try new things, propose innovative ideas, take advantage of research from other arenas we can beautifully apply to solving employee challenges.  We’re on a mission, with you.

We will kick off 2015 with an HR Magazine prominently featuring Predictive Workforce Analytics (stay tuned).  In March we’ve fully embraced a different kind of workforce predictive analytics conference.  It’s a predictive conference focused on workforce challenges vs. an HR conference that lightly touches on analytics.  My goal as Program Chair is to find the best Case Studies that cross industries and functional areas that teach us and stretch our ideas of what is possible.  It’s a powerhouse lineup of the world’s most innovative employers, consultants, and vendors in the predictive workforce analytics space.
