Gartner’s David Cearley outlined IT’s top 10 technology trends (say that one fast) this week and we were excited to see how well our talent analytics platform Advisor fits nicely into 5 of the 10 technology trends.
Here is how Advisor fits:

- Talent Analytics about the people who do the work is a great example of next-generation analytics (Gartner’s #6 trend);
- Bigdata (#7) incorporating new data types – learn how we are combining talent analytics with BI data;
- Advisor is a cloud-based platform (#10) – talent analytics data can be accessed by consultants and businesses anywhere.
