IRVINE, CA–(Marketwired – Oct 6, 2016) – The University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education announces a new elective course in their high demand Predictive Analytics certificate program titled, “Predictive HR and Workforce Analytics.” Designed to help human resource professionals learn how to apply predictive analytics to the human resources department and workforce areas of a company, the course will also provide participants with the knowledge of how predictive analytics applications can improve a company’s bottom line. A free webinar led by course instructor, Greta Roberts is offered on Wednesday, Oct. 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (PDT) to provide interested participants a glimpse into how HR and workforce leaders can utilize prediction to help improve the operational efficiency of any organization.
