This unique analytics application brings together two powerful datasets, sales performance and sales people – giving sales leaders the unprecedented ability to spot trends and find correlations between the innate traits of sales people and their sales performance.
Released on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange, Talent Analytics for Salesforce will enable sales performance metrics to be dynamically combined with Talent Analytics’ unique quantified talent traits of the Sales Reps themselves, yielding insight into benchmarks of top sales performers. These benchmarks can then used to focus on candidates predicted to perform, yielding greater sales performance.
