Collection of Information
Talent Analytics does not collect “personally identifiable information” about you (name, address, telephone number, email address, responses) except when you knowingly provide such information as the result of the use of one or more of the features of the Site. Although you do not have to provide us with any personal information to visit the Site, you may not be able to fully utilize all of the services on the Site if you choose not to provide certain information. If you do choose to give us personally identifiable information through the Site, we will collect and retain that information.
When you use the Site, we may also collect “non-personal information” about you. Non-personal information is information that, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information (your age, gender, income, education, profession, zip code, etc.). Non-personal information may also include technical information, such as your IP address, the type of browser you are using, the websites you visit immediately before and immediately after you visit our website and other anonymous data involving your use of our website. Non-personal information may also include information that you provide us through your use of the Site.
You agree that if you submit suggestions, ideas, comments or questions or post any other information on this the Site, you grant Talent Analytics and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicenseable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content in any form, media or technology. Talent Analytics takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted or submitted by you.
Use of Information
Talent Analytics maintains strict security over all information you share with us. Talent Analytics uses the information you provide when you complete an assessment or otherwise to: (i) generate the assessment results/scores for you and/or for the person(s) for whom, or entity for which, you have taken the assessment, including but not limited current or potential employers, (ii) monitoring the software underlying the assessments for performance and to conduct validation activities and research to improve the accuracy of our services, and (iii) provide you with a better web site and related services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Talent Analytics may use information you provide as part of completing an assessment and the results of your assessment and your assessment scores, excluding in each case any personally identifiable information, for use in group research, publications and distributions by Talent Analytics alone or accompanied by other material, in any media now known or hereafter invented. Talent Analytics has security measures in place to protect you from the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
