Bob is an accomplished business researcher, writer, discussion leader, and management consultant. He has been leading breakthrough research at the intersection of business, technology, and human asset management for more than 20 years, working with over 300 major organizations and writing or editing more than 150 research reports and management guides on topics ranging from workforce management and business innovation to business process reengineering, collaborative business models, and business analytics.

He is co-author of Analytics At Work: Smarter Decisions, Better Results (Harvard Business Press, 2010), Workforce Crisis: How to Beat the Coming Shortage of Skills And Talent (Harvard Business Press, 2006), and three Harvard Business Review articles, one of which received a McKinsey Award. He has been a commentator on workforce issues on Nightly Business Report on PBS. His current roles include research director with Stryve Advisors and faculty member with the International Institute for Analytics. He holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.A. from Boston University.on PBS.

Russ Campanello brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership in the high-technology sector to iRobot. He is responsible for developing the company’s human resources strategy and implementing practices that maintain and enhance the company’s ability to attract and develop the talent necessary to support future growth.

Before joining iRobot, Campanello served as senior vice president of human resources and administration at Phase Forward, Inc., a data management solutions provider for clinical trials and drug safety. Previously, he held senior management positions at Keane, Inc. and NerveWire, Inc. Campanello holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts.

Gary P. Cormier’s career spans 25+ years in Human Resources, Executive and Leadership Management successfully leading through periods of extreme growth and change. Gary’s direct work experience has been in high growth companies (such as Lotus Development), large enterprise organizations (such as IBM), HR solution providers (such as BrassRing) and in the realm of academia (such as at Harvard University). Gary co-founded MyPerfectGig, having raised two rounds of venture funding in the amount of $11M.

Gary’s particular expertise is helping organizations develop strategic plans, providing leadership relative to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and providing strategy during strategic change management interventions.

He is a sought out thoughtleader and presenter on a wide variety of topics related to HR best practices and innovative approaches to both HR and leadership management. He enjoys networking with a diverse group of people and making connections that others can leverage.

Gary has a double BA Degree from Assumption College, Worcester, MA in both Biology & English. He holds as well as a Masters in Theological Studies/Pastoral Counseling from Weston School of Theology, Cambridge, MA.
