To that end, we’ve designed our SaaS solution to encourage simple, fast extraction and combination via a CSV file or via our API.
Remember, our talent dataset consists of 11 numbers. Our 11 numbers can be easily combined with all other business performance numbers for correlation and prediction.
Rigorous, Ongoing Statistical Analysis
Talent data that feeds our Talent Analytics Platform (Advisor) is gathered via our Rapid Data Collection™ (RDC) process. Our RDC process is a short series of questions. It is imperative that data delivered via these questions is valid and accurate. As such we put tremendous focus, continuous research, ongoing study and regular statistical analysis into the process of ensuring the validity and accuracy.
To provide state-of-the art statistical guidance to its customers, Talent Analytics, Corp. follows a rigorous process to guide its statistical assumptions.
Annually, Talent Analytics gathers data, analyzes it extensively, and prepares reports about our working norm. With insight from this analysis, Talent Analytics may make adjustments to assumptions, settings, or distributions in this norm, to produce a new norm. If the new norm passes offline testing, this norm is given a new ID and “made live” by programming the new assumptions into the Talent Analytics platform.
At this mature phase, the changes between norm versions are often small, but remain a necessary procedure to iterate towards the “truth” about talent. It is part of what keeps Talent Analytics relevant, fresh, and on the cutting edge.
